We are now offering semi private Introductory Level 1 classes on the Gyrotonic® Tower. These classes will teach you the Beginning Level 1 GYROTONIC® exercises and concepts, prepare you to use the independent sessions, provide a fun atmosphere as you work out with a friend, and help your body stay healthy and active throughout the winter months.
